| 摘 要： | 目的 观察多途径治疗结肠黑变病(MC)的临床疗效. 方法 采用滋阴活血行气润肠法配合电针及中药灌肠治疗MC. 结果 58例患者中痊愈19例,显效26例,有效11例,总有效率91.3 %.结论 中医多途径综合治疗,能在一定程度上恢复结肠正常传输功能,修复病变粘膜,从而治愈MC.
