| 摘 要： | 目的 观察选择性脊神经后根切断术（SPR）后康复训练的疗效。方法 对98例SPR术后患儿施行康复训练，观察疗效并进行功能评定。结果 显效80例、有效17例、无效1例。结论 SPR后及时有效的康复训练是提高脑瘫患儿运动机能的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of rehabilitation on children with cerebral palsy after treatment by selective posterior rhizotomy(SPR). Methods After 98 children with cerebral palsy who had been treated by selective posterior rhizotomy(SPR) had been trained with rehabilitation,the curative effect and the function recovery was evaluated. Results 80 cases were favourable,17 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective. Conclusion Prompt and effective rehabilitation in children with cerebral palsy after treatment by selective posterior rhizotomy(SPR) was the crux to improve their motor function. |
