| 摘 要： | 作者自1978年7月至1987年5月施行肺叶加支气管袖状切除术治疗中央型肺癌共59例。男40例,女19例;年龄自17～72岁,平均年龄49岁,60岁以上者18例。手术方式:右上肺叶袖状切除31例;左上叶20例;右中下叶4例;左下叶4例。无手术死亡及术后无并发症.手术一年以内11例,生存10例;手术一年以上14例,生存11例;手术二年以上11例,生存8例;手术三年以上16例,生存10例;手术五年以上7例,生存4例.死亡原因:肺内或纵隔淋巴结复发8例;脑转移5例;肺部感染1例.

| Abstract: | For centrally located lung cancers,sleeve lobectomy can eradicate the lesions to a maximal extent and impair the lung function to a minimal ex- tent.This report includes 59 cases:40 males and 19 females.Age ranged from 17 to 72,average 49(18 were above 60 years of age). Type of operation,righh upper sleeve lobectomy 31;left upper 20;left lower 4;right middle 2 and right lower 2 cases. Results:none died within one month postoperatively.Followup data:4/7 eases lived above 5 years already;10/16 above 3 years;8/11 2-3 years;11/14 above 1 year;10/11 lived after operations less than 1 year.Causes of death, local recurrence 8 cases;cerebral metastasis 5;and respiratory failure after lung infectio 1. |
