| 摘 要： | 目的：总结胸腔镜胸交感神经干切断术25例的临床经验。方法：分析2006年7月-2008年2月经胸腔镜胸交感神经干，12-T4。切断术治疗手汗症的临床资料。结果：25例手术均获成功，术后患者手掌多汗症状消失，双手转为干燥温暖状，术后掌温升高（0．5-2）度；25例术后随访1-9个月，无一例复发，术后转移代偿性多汗2例。结论：胸交感神经干切断术是治疗手汗症安全、微创和有效的方法。

Clinical Study on Treatment of Palmar Hyperhidrosis Under Thoracoscope by Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy |

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize the experience of 10 eases of endoscopic thoracic sympatheetomy （ ets ）. Methods： clinical materials of T3 -T4 sympatheetomy under thoracoseope for treating palmar hyperhidrosis from July 2006 to October 2006 were analysed. Results：All the 10 eases of operation were successfully completed. Symptoms of hyperhidrosis vanished with both hands dry and warm in all the patients. Plamar temperature increased by a mean of （ 0. 5 - 2 ）℃ after operation. Follow -up observations in 10 eases found no recurrence. Compensatory hyperhidrosis was found in 1 eases. Conclusion： Endoscopic thoracic sympatheetomy is a safe, effective, an micro - invasive treatment for palmar hyperhidrosis. |
