| 摘 要： | 目的:总结经肛门入路Soave手术治疗先天性巨结肠的经验体会.方法:采用经肛门入路Soave方式行先天性巨结肠根治术9例.结果:全部病例手术顺利,术后无大便失禁、肛门狭窄及复发等并发症.结论:经肛门入路Soave手术治疗先天性巨结肠具有创伤小、恢复快等优点,临床应用时应掌握其适应证.

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize experience of transanal Soave surgery for Hirschsprung's diease.Methods: Nine cases with Hirschsprung's diease underwent transanal Soave surgery. Results: The surgery was successful in all cases with no postoperative fecal incontinence, anal stenosis and recurrence. Conclusion: Transanal Soave surgery is radial surgery of choice for Hirschsprung' diease, with less trauma, quicker recovery. |
