卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织微血管密度及LN和MMP的表达

摘    要:目的研究卵巢上皮性肿瘤中,组织微血管密度(MVD)及层粘连蛋白(LN)和基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)的表达及其临床意义。方法随机选取卵巢良性上皮肿瘤(n=14)、交界性上皮肿瘤(n=36)和恶性上皮肿瘤(n=38)的手术石蜡标本,应用免疫组化法检测Ⅷ因子、LN、MMP-2、MMP-9的表达;MVD以Ⅷ因子标记的上皮细胞在每一视野中所占的面积比例表示。结果MMP-2、MMP-9、LN、Ⅷ因子在卵巢良性、交界性、恶性肿瘤中的表达依次增强,其中MMP-2、MMP-9的表达具有显著差异(P<0.05),两者在卵巢交界性及恶性上皮肿瘤中的表达存在较强的一致性(P<0.05)。MMP-2、MMP-9、LN的表达与卵巢癌的病理分级显著相关(P<0.05),其中MMP-2、MMP-9的表达与其临床分期亦显著相关(P<0.05)。结论MMP-2、MMP-9、LN表达和MVD在卵巢上皮性肿瘤的病情监测及预后等方面可能具有重要的价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of microvessel density(MVD),laminin(LN),matrix metalloproteinase(MMP) in ovarian tumors. Methods Formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded archival tissue sections of 14 benign ovarian carcinomas,36 borderline ovarian carcinomas and 38 malignant ovarian carcinomas were investigated.The expressions of MMP-2,MMP-9, LN and MVD were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expressions of MMP-2,MMP-9,LN and MVD were increasingly stronger among the benign,bordline and malignant ovarian tumors.There existed significant differences between the expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9(P<0.05),and they showed good consistency in bordline and malignant ovarian tumors(P<0.05).There were marked associations between MMP-2,MMP-9,LN and the pathologic grades(P<0.05).The clinical staging of malignant ovarian tumors was also related to MMP-2 and MMP-9(P<0.05). Conclusion The expressions of MMP-2,MMP-9,LN and MVD may have great values in monitoring the disease of ovarian tumer and predicting the prognosis.
