摘    要:目的:组织工程骨移植的排斥反应将主要取决于成骨细胞的抗原成分,对不同种系成骨细胞植入后体液免疫水平进行检测,探讨组织工程骨组织植入体内后可能的免疫排斥机制,并为应用于工程骨的种子细胞寻找可靠的种系来源。方法:行成骨细胞同胎、间种异体、同种异基因及自体细胞腹直肌袋内移植,分别于术后1,2,4,8周行免疫学及组织形态学检测。结果:各组动物在移植后一两周内均可检测到特异性抗体,同种异基因移植组持续时间最久,异基因组组织学指标高于同种异体组。结论:自体、同胎及同种异体或同种异基因细胞均可作为组织工程骨移植可靠的细胞来源。

Abstract:AIM: To detect the immunity of different stirps oateoblast transplantation, and to discuss the potential immunological mechanism and find the allogeneic cell source of tissue-engineered-bone. METHODS: Osteoblast of the same venter, isogeneic, allogeneic and autogenetic sources were transplanted into the rectus abdominus muscle of the each rabbit. Immunological tests and histological observation were performed 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks following transplantation. BESULTS: A specific antibody reaction was detected in all groups one to two weeks after transplantation, and heterogeneity group persisted the longest time. CONCLUSION: Same venter, isogeneic, allogeneic and autogenetic osteoblast can be the reliable cell source for tissue engineered bone, heterogeneity cell need to be processed before using in tissue engineering.
