| 摘 要： | 目的探讨神经胶质细胞瘤及脑膜瘤患者血清类胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白2（IGFBP-2）浓度与肿瘤病理分级关系及其临床意义。方法42例神经胶质细胞瘤患者全部采用ELISA法进行检测（其中Ⅱ级15例、Ⅲ级13例和Ⅳ级14例），另外脑膜瘤患者19例、健康者（对照组）22例，均检测血清IGFBP-2表达情况。结果神经胶质细胞瘤组血清IGFBP-2浓度显著高于脑膜瘤组及健康对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；脑膜瘤组血清IGFBP-2浓度显著高于健康对照组（P〈0．05）。WHOⅣ级与WHOm级神经胶质细胞瘤患者血浆IGFBP-2浓度都显著高于WHOⅡ级神经胶质细胞瘤患者血浆IGFBP-2浓度（P〈O．05，P〈O．05）；WHOⅢ级与Ⅳ级神经胶质细胞瘤患者血浆IGFBP-2浓度无显著性差异（P=0．812：〉0．05）。结论神经胶质细胞瘤患者血浆和肿瘤组织IGFBP-2表达可作为神经胶质细胞瘤患者预后判断的标志物。

| Abstract: | Objective To Examine plasma IGFBP-2 levels in glioma and meningiomas patients and healthy controls to evaluate its clinical value as a serum bio-marker for glioma. Methods The serum IGFBP-2 level was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorhent assay （ELISA） in 42 cases of glioma （gradeⅡ 15,grade Ⅲ 13 and grade Ⅳ 14）,19 cases of meningiomas and 22 cases of healthy controls. Results Serum IGFBP-2 level in glioma was significantly higher than that in meningiomas and controls （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）, and that in meningiomas was significantly higher than that in control （P〈0.05）. Serum IGFBP-2 level in grade Ⅳ and gradeⅢ of glioma was significantly higher than that in grade l] （P〈0.05,P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between gradeⅢ and grade Ⅳ（P=0.812〉0.05）. Conclusion The serum IGFBP-2 level of brain tumor may be a bio-marker for the prognosis of glioma. |
