细辛脑注射液治疗婴儿毛细支气管炎临床观察

目的:观察细辛脑注射液治疗婴儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:190例临床诊断为毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组95例和对照组95例,治疗组给予细辛脑注射液治疗,对照组给予利巴韦林治疗,分别比较2组患儿的总有效率和咳嗽、喘憋、肺部啰音消失时间。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.7%,对照组为82.1%,2组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗组咳嗽、喘憋、肺部啰音消失时间明显短于对照组,差异具有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论:细辛脑注射液治疗毛细支气管炎安全有效,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of Asarone Injection in treating infantile bronchiolitis
