| 摘 要： | 目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽治疗抗结核药物引起肝损害的临床效果。方法入选患者38例,全部确诊为结核性胸膜炎且在抗结核联合化疗中出现不同程度的肝损害,随机分为治疗组20例和对照组18例,治疗组口服还原型谷胱甘肽片（阿拓莫兰片）,对照组口服肌苷、肝太乐等护肝药物,两组均采用相同基础治疗。结果治疗组ALT、AST、TB下降变化及前后变化优于对照组（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。结论还原型谷胱甘肽对抗结核药物所致的肝损害有明显临床疗效。
