| 摘 要： | 目的观察脓毒症大鼠心肌组织的病理改变、血压的变化以及氧化应激的有关指标的变化,分析氧化应激与脓毒症大鼠心肌损伤的关系。方法取30只SD大鼠随机分为两组,对照组10只,实验组20只,实验组再分2个亚组,每组10只,分别于术后6h和12h颈动脉采血并处死摘取心脏,并取部分心脏HE染色,显微镜下观察心肌损伤的情况。分别检测对照组和实验组6h、12h大鼠血清及心肌组织的丙二醛（MDA）、大鼠晚期氧化蛋白产物（AOPP）和大鼠晚期糖基化终产物（AGEs）。结果①脓毒症组大鼠心肌病理学改变包括间质充血水肿、炎性细胞浸润,心肌纤维断裂分层,核膜破裂,细胞基质稀少,心肌细胞空泡变性,嗜酸性变,而对照组大鼠心肌无明显病变。与对照组相比,脓毒症组大鼠血清和心肌组织中多项氧化应激指标在12h后均有明显升高。结论氧化应激参与了脓毒症大鼠心肌损伤的发生。
