| 摘 要： | 目的探寻颈脊髓损伤合并高位截瘫重症患者的护理方法。方法对20例颈脊髓损伤合并高位截瘫重症的患者做好心理护理、呼吸道管理、体位护理、褥疮的护理、体温失调的护理、胃肠道功能紊乱的护理、泌尿系统的护理、功能锻炼及其他并发症的护理。结论脊髓损伤合并高位截瘫重症患者进行积极的护理干预,能更好地维持生命,保存功能,防止各种并发症的发生。
