| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨针刺督脉经穴结合Bobath疗法对痉挛型脑瘫患儿坐位能力的影响.方法:选取60例6～21月痉挛型脑瘫患儿,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组30例.2组治疗前均进行粗大运动功能评估(GMFM)中坐位功能区(B区)的评估,同时采用Bobath疗法治疗,对照组针刺足三里、三阴交穴,治疗组针刺督脉经穴,均隔日1次,10次为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察GMFM(B区)评分变化.结果:对照组与治疗组治疗后GMFM(B区)评分较治疗前均显著提高,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组GMFM(B区)评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05).结论:针刺督脉经穴结合Bobath疗法能更有效地提高痉挛型脑瘫患儿坐位能力.
