中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的进展

糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一,可累及感觉神经、运动神经、及自主神经。以感觉神经病变最为常见,严重影响患者的生活质量。本文对近年来中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的进展进行了综述,指出糖尿病周围神经病变的诊断条件,并对近年来应用中医药辨证分型以及针灸、熏洗等中西结合治疗该病的方法,与单纯西医药治疗进行疗效对比得出结论：中医药治疗糖尿病周神经病变疗效优于单纯西医药治疗,有显著疗效,值得进一步探索。
