| 摘 要： | 目的评价Nance弓-横腭杆-双磨牙带环联合支抗增强磨牙支抗的效果。方法选择14-28岁安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错患者37例,使用Nance弓-横腭杆-双磨牙带环联合支抗增强上颌磨牙支抗,并对治疗前后X线头影测量值及牙模型的各项指标变化进行分析。结果磨牙前移量小于拔牙间隙的1/3。∠GoGn-SN和ALFH/AFH治疗前后变化无统计学意义,宽度矫治前后变化亦无统计学意义。结论 Nance弓-横腭杆-双磨牙带环联合支抗是一种简单有效、非依赖性,具有三维控制作用的强支抗系统,并能有效控制磨牙伸长。
