| 摘 要： | 目的观察异丙酚配伍米索前列醇用于瘢痕子宫无痛人流的治疗效果，观察相关临床指标。方法收集130例瘢痕子宫无痛人流患者，随机分为两组，观察组67例，应用异丙酚配伍米索前列醇进行人工流产术，对照组63例，单纯应用异丙酚人工流产术，观察两组患者相关临床指标及术后生活质量的差别。结果观察组宫颈松弛率明显高于对照组，人流综合征的发生率明显低于对照组，患者手术时间明显短于对照组，出血量明显少于对照组，异丙酚的用量明显少于对照组。观察组术后随访生活质量明显高于对照组。结论异丙酚配伍米索前列醇用于瘢痕子宫无痛人工流产，临床效果明显，且能改善患者的生活质量，临床中可以应用。
