| 摘 要： | 目的观察香菇多糖注射液联合化疗对非小细胞肺癌患者免疫功能的影响,以及其近期疗效和不良反应。方法收集82例非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为试验组与对照组两组,试验组采用吉西他滨、顺铂化疗联合香菇多糖,对照组采用单纯化疗。治疗前后测定两组患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和N K细胞活性,比较免疫功能差异,并对患者近期疗效、生活质量及不良反应进行综合评价。结果试验组治疗后CD8治疗后降低,CD4/CD8治疗后升高;对照组治疗后CD3、CD4、CD8、NK细胞均降低。试验组治疗有效率42.5%,对照组41.5%;试验组KPS评分高于对照组;Ⅲ-Ⅳ度恶心呕吐、腹泻、白细胞减少发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论香菇多糖可提高机体免疫功能,改善患者生活质量,减轻化疗毒性作用,可作为化疗的辅助用药。
