| 摘 要： | 目的观察生脉注射液联合尿激酶溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死（AMI）的临床疗效及安全性。方法将68例AMI患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例,治疗组在对照组给予尿激酶溶栓的基础上加用生脉注射液,比较两组临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的76.47%（P〈0.05）,两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论生脉注射液联合尿激酶是溶栓治疗AMI的有效药物。
