| 摘 要： | 目的对比分析不同体重指数（BMI）甲型H1N1流感患者的临床症状、体征及并发症。方法回顾性分析2009年6月．2010年4月住院的甲型H1N1流感患者114例，按照BMI分为体重正常组、肥胖前期组、肥胖组，对比分析三组的临床资料。结果肥胖组病程、发热时间、胸闷胸痛、肺部啰音、CRP水平、心肌酶谱上升例数、并发肺炎的发生率高于体重正常组和肥胖前期组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；三组间咳嗽、咽痛、流涕、头痛、胃肠道症状发生率、血常规、肝肾功能等差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论甲型H1N1流感患者症状、体征、病程、发热时间、CRP水平、心肌酶谱上升、肺炎发生率与BMI相关。
