| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双因素理论在急诊护理管理中的方法与效果。方法实行各工作区负责制,重新设计护理岗位职责,充分调动护理人员积极性。结果实施后医生及患者对护理工作的满意度均高于实施前（P〈0.05）。结论利用双因素理论指导急诊护理管理工作,有利于调动护理人员工作积极性,改善了护理服务质量,提高医生及患者对护理工作的满意度。

| Abstract: | Object Exploring method and effect of two-factor theory in nursing management.Method Implement the responsibility system,redesign nursing working responsibilities,fully mobilize nurses＇ enthusiasm.Results After the result there are three favorables in using two-factor theory to guide the emergency care management work.It can arouse nurses working enthusiasm,improve the quality of nursing service,improve the satisfaction of doctors and pations. |
