| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨热毒宁注射液治疗儿童上呼吸道感染的疗效和安全性。方法:将60例上呼吸道感染患儿用热毒宁注射液静脉滴注,疗程3 d,观察治疗前后症状、体征,血、尿、大便常规,肝肾功能及心电图的变化。结果:痊愈28例,显效26例,好转5例,无效1例,总有效率为90%。仅有3例大便略稀,无1例发生不良反应。结论:热毒宁注射液治疗儿童上呼吸道感染疗效确切,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
