摘    要:随着社会进步和科学技术的迅猛发展,知识老化速度日益加快,传统的一次性教育已不能适应人们获得知识和未来工作的需要,不能适应社会发展带来职业转换的需要,终身教育逐渐成为当今的一种国际教育思潮。面临着教育观念、医学模式和医学科技飞速发展的新形势,继续医学教育在提高我国卫生队伍的整体素质和水平方面,在适应现代化建设和提高人民健康水平需求方面,发挥着越来越重要的作用。 远程教育目前成为疾病预防控制体系继续医学教育培训的首要选择,能充分利用现有的有限教学资源,在较短时间内以较少资源投入、较大培训规模,行之有效地开展培训,因此,远程教育培训在疾病预防控制体系继续医学教育培训中具有传统集中式培训模式所不可比拟的优势。

Abstract:Empirical evidence suggests that as science and technology develops, so does the average life expectancy of society. Traditional education can not meet the demands of knowledge absorption, indicating that the knowledge needed for future careers, career transition and social development needs to be addressed. In today's society, education is a life long endeavor that has taken on an international scope. In particular, the rapid development of medical technology, and therefore, the education involved with this technology, is now faced with the duty to modernize and adapt to be able to improve the overall quality of health of society.
Distance education in disease prevention and control can take advantage of limited teaching resources, and in a shorter time span with less investment, will be able to effectively train those in need. Therefore, a distance education and training in disease prevention and control system holds an unparalleled advantage over the traditional, centralized model of teaching.
