摘 要: | 目的:配合国家新医改政策,解决老百姓“看病难、看病烦”问题。方法:研制医事通智能服务系统,让患者自助进行预约挂号、取号、退号及查询。结果:患者就医方便快捷,同时缓解了部分医疗纠纷,优化了就医流程。结论:解决排长队就诊,为患者提供智能、高效的服务。

Abstract: | Objective: To response China health reform policy, solve the issue of hard and unhappy to see doctors . Methods: Develop YiShiTong Intelligent Services System, which can help patients to make or cancel appointment, and search the results. Results: YiShiTong Intelligent Services System made it easier and quicker for patients to see doctors, and released some medical tangle, optimized outpatient flowchart. Conclusion: YiShiTong Intelligent Services System provided intelligent and efficiency service for patients, solved the long queue of patients in outpatient department. |
