| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃癌手术前后腹腔冲洗液CEA、CA199的变化及其临床诊断价值。方法采用电化学发光免疫方法对我市人民医院2006年1月～2009年1月收治的60例胃癌患者及40例胃部良性病变患者检测其手术前后腹腔冲洗液中的CEA、CA199的变化。结果治疗组的血清CEA、CA199水平均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗组术后的血清CEA、CA199水平均显著低于术前（P〈0.05）;两项联合检测的敏感性及准确性均显著高于CEA、CA199的单项检测的结果（P〈0.05）。结论血清CEA、CA199水平变化对胃癌的临床诊断及疗效评价具有重要的临床价值,同时也有助于指导术后治疗及预测患者术后有无复发和转移。
