| 摘 要： | 以母婴ABO血型不合溶血病为例，依托医院信息系统管理该路径病人，提取病历首页信息，分析以临床路径为基础的疾病治疗模式对疾病医疗费用的影响。结果显示：疾病的临床路径管理能降低医疗费用，在一定程度上有效地控制了医疗费用的上涨。

| Abstract: | Take mother-fetus ABO blood type incompatible hemolytic disease for an example, it relies on the hospital information system to manage patients in the pathway, extracts the homepage information of medical record, and analyzes the influence of mend ailment mode based on the clinical pathway on medical expenses. The result shows that the clinical pathway management of disease could reduce the medical expenses, and effectively control its rising to some extent. |
