| 摘 要： | 目的对比分析外固定支架与动力髋螺钉（DHS）内固定两种手术方式在高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的临床应用价值。方法对比分析2008年6月-2009年7月我院行外固定支架治疗的31例和DHS内固定治疗的56例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者,随访1年,比较两种术后优良率及其他情况。结果外固定组的优良率为67.7%,内固定组为85.7%,内固定组优于外固定组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;但外固定组的手术时间短于内固定组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;内固定组的并发症、骨折临床愈合时间、髋内翻畸形发生例数均少于外固定组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者可首选DHS内固定,但不能耐受大手术的高龄患者应选择外支架固定。
