空心拉力螺钉张力带钢丝治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效分析

目的探讨空心拉力螺钉张力带钢丝内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 2006年9月～2008年8月采用空心拉力螺钉张力带钢丝固定治疗23例髌骨骨折,其中横形骨折12例,大块粉碎性骨折8例,斜行骨折2例,纵形骨折1例;均为闭合性骨折。结果术后随访4～12个月全部患者均获得临床愈合,骨折平均临床愈合时间为8～10周。采用胥少汀等制定的疗效标准,优17例,良5例,中1例。结论空心拉力螺钉张力带治疗髌骨骨折优良率95.6%,与传统克氏针张力带钢丝内固定相比在治疗髌骨横行骨折和大块髌骨粉碎性骨折上有明显的优势;且具有很强的生物力学优势、并允许膝关节早期活动、促进骨折愈合、预防膝关节僵直,值得临床推广。
