改良B-Lynch缝扎术治疗剖宫产难治性大出血的临床应用

目的探讨改良式B-lynch缝扎术治疗剖宫产术中难治性大出血的应用价值。方法2008～2010年我院42例剖宫产术中难治性大出血采用改良式B—lynch缝扎术治疗作为研究组，随机选择34例剖宫产术中大出血病例（采用出血部位“8”字缝扎、结扎双侧子宫动脉、官腔填塞纱条等方法治疗）作为对照组，对手术时间、产后出血量、产褥病率以及治疗效果等进行对比。结果B—Lynch缝扎术治疗组上述指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论改良式B—lynch缝扎术安全、有效、操作简单、止血迅速，是治疗剖宫产术中大出血的一种有效措施。
