人参皂甙Rg3治疗子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠后VEGF、MVD的变化

摘    要:目的探讨人参皂甙Rg3治疗大鼠子宫内膜异位症(EMs)模型后,不同时期异位病灶体积的变化及血清中抗血管生成因子(VEGF)及异位组织微血管密度(MVD)数量的影响,进一步观察药物的治疗效果。方法参照Jones方法建立Wistar大鼠EMs动物模型,3周后将建模成功的大鼠随机分为空白对照组、人参皂甙Rg3照组、孕三烯酮组,每组20只,观察不同时期异位囊肿体积的变化,ELISA法检测不同时期血清中VEGF变化;免疫组化PV法,通过CD31标记异位子宫内膜血管,测定其微血管密度(MVD)。结果治疗后,用药组异位病灶体积与对照组体积比较,P〈0.05,各给药组血清中VEGF表达、组织中MVD数量均低于对照组,P〈0.05,其中人参皂甙组较为明显。停药8周后,用药组异位病灶体积进一步萎缩与对照组体积比较,P〈0.05,与用药后比较,P〈0.05,各给药组血清中VEGF表达、组织中MVD数量均低于对照组,P〈0.05。结论人参皂甙Rg3治疗子宫内膜异位症抗血管生成作用明显,对异位病灶有较强的抑制作用,能降低复发率。
