摘    要:目的 观察肌浆网(sarcoplasmic reticulum,SR)释放Ca2+对心房钠尿肽(atrial natriuretic peptide,ANP)分泌的影响.方法 利用SR激活剂和阻断剂,采用搏动的离体心房灌流模型及放射免疫技术观察SR释放Ca2+对家兔心房ANP分泌的变化.结果 SR抑制剂Ryanodine明显促使心房ANP的分泌,同时显著抑制心房搏出量和心房搏动压,而SR激活剂咖啡因的作用与Ryanodine完全相反.心肌兴奋-收缩耦联脱敏剂2,3-丁二酮单肟(BDM)促使ANP的分泌,对心房搏出量和心房搏动压呈抑制效应.腺苷酸环化酶直接激活剂福司柯林明显抑制ANP分泌,同时显著增加cAMP逸出量和心房搏出量.阻断L-型Ca2+通道明显促进心房ANP的分泌,但未能改变咖啡因对ANP分泌的抑制效应.结论 阻断SK或L-型Ca2+通道使细胞内Ca2+浓度降低可促进ANP的分泌,而激活二者则抑制ANP分泌.
