| 摘 要： | 目的:测定不同贮藏年限大花红景天的出膏率及红景天苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。结果和结论:测得不同贮藏年限大花红景天中红景天苷的含量在0．38％-1．56％之间;3种当年采收干品不同药用部位的大花红景天中红景天苷的含量在1．28％-1．56％之间;不同贮藏年限与不同药用部位的大花红景天水提物中红景天苷在0．69％-3．15％之间。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the extraction ratio and contents of salidroside in Rhodiola crenulata(Hook.. F.et.Thoms.) H. ohba of different storage time. Method:HPLC system was used with ODS(4.6×250 mm, 5 im) column, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water( 15:85) and the detective wavelength was 275nm. Results and conclusion:The contents of salidroside were 0.38% -1.56% in R. crenulata of different storage time, 1.28% -1.56% in three samples of dried R. crenulata of different parts, and the contents of salidroside in water extraction of R. crenulata of different storage time and different parts were 0.69% -3.15%. |
