胆囊次全切除术23例临床体会

目的 探讨胆囊次全切除术中遇见胆囊三角粘连水肿不易解剖，即预防胆管损伤又避免二次手术的疗效。方法 回顾近5年胆囊切除术中胆囊三角粘连致密，不易分离。23例胆囊次全切除加残留粘膜搔刮术。结果 本组与传统胆囊切除术无显著差异。痊愈出院，分别随访1-4年。结论 胆囊次全切除术是可行的，但不可滥用。

Clinical Experience of 23 Cases of Partial Cholecystectomy

Objective To study the operative effect of choleystectomy for the treatment of the gallbladder triadhesion and oedema to be resected uneasily.It can prevent the bile duct from injuring and avoid the secondary operation.Methods 23 cases of the triadherent and dense gallbladder received partial cholecystetomy and added the remnant mucose scratched.Results All of 23 cases were successful without resecting the whole gall.The total has no obvious difference from the traditional cholecystectomy.All patients were well during the follow-up of 14 years after operation.Conclusions It is feasible to receive the partial cholecystectomy but it cannot be abused.
