摘    要:目的建立红景天中红景天苷、酪醇的含量测定方法。方法用Kromasil C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(17:83)作为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为275nm。结果红景天苷在0.414~6.624μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);酪醇在0.0928~1.4848μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1),平均回收率分别为98.3%和99.6%,RSD分别为1.1%和1.9%。结论本方法为红景天药材质量标准的提高和红景天药材原料的选用提供了相关实验依据。

Quantitative Analysis of Effective Components in Rhodiola Crenulata from Various Habitats
Abstract:Objective To develop a RP-HPLC method for determination of salidroside and tyrosol in rhodiola crenulata.Methods A Kromasil C_(18) column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used,methanol-water(17:83) was as the mobile phase,flow rate was at 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 275 nm.Results The calibration curves of salidroside were linear between 0.414 ~ 6.624 μg(r=0.9999),the calibration curves of tyrosol were linear between 0.0928 ~ 1.4848 μg(r=1),the average recovery were 98.3% and 99.6%,the relative standard deviations were 1.1% and 1.9%.Conclusions The method can be used for determination of salidroside and tyrosol in rhodiola crenulata.
