| 摘 要： | 本文对26例经海绵体灌注造影诊断为静脉性阳萎的患者行彩色多普勒检查,并以11例功能性阳萎患者作为正常对照组.检测的结果经统计学处理证实阴茎海绵体动脉的舒张末期速度(EDV)和阻力系数(RI)在两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05).以EDV≥4.3cm/s为界值,诊断的灵敏度为96.2%,特异性为77.3%;以RI≤85%为界值,诊断的灵敏度为86.5%,特异性为86.4%.本文对彩色多普勒超声在静脉性阳萎诊断中的价值以及和灌注性海绵体造影的关系进行了讨论.

| Abstract: | Color flow doppler sonography was used to 26 cases with venous impotence diagnosed by dynamic cavernosography, and 11 cases with functional impotence were regarded as normal group. The EDV and RI have significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). If EDV is higher than or equal to 4.3 cm/S, the sensitivity is 96.2% and the specificity is 77.3%. If RI is lower than or equal to 85.0%, the sensitivity is 86.5% and the specificity is 86.4%. |
