| Abstract: | The incidence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in severe acute pancreatitis is rare relatively.It is different in severity of the disease because of different causes of bleeding.It might evenly lead to death in serious condition.In this paper,the author would made a review for the reasons of bleeding,diagnosis and treatment. |
