| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨抑制血管生成的分子靶向药物酪氨酸激酶抑制剂索拉菲尼治疗晚期肾透明细胞癌的疗效.方法 比较在该院接受索拉菲尼治疗的4例与接受生物化疗治疗的12例晚期肾透明细胞癌患者(mKCC),根据12周用药前后的CT检查结果 判定疗效.结果 索拉菲尼组和生物化疗组患者可测量病灶的平均缩小比值分别为27.3%和3.2%(P<0...
