威灵仙化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的研究毛茛科植物威灵仙Clematis chinensis Osbeck根中的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果得到两个化合物,分别鉴定为clemaphenolA(I)和二氢-4-羟基-5-羟甲基-2(3H)-呋喃酮(dihydro-4-hydroxy-5-hyroxymethyl-2(3H)-furanone,II)。结论I,II均为新化合物。

Abstract:AIM To study the chemical components of the root of Clematis chinensis . METHODS Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the components. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral and chemical evidence. RESULTS Two compounds were isolated and elucidated as: clemaphenol A (I) and dihydro-4-hydroxy-5-hyroxymethyl-2(3H)-furanone (II). CONCLUSION Compound I and II are new compounds.
