| 摘 要： | 目的:观察痰热清雾化吸入防治放射性口咽黏膜反应的疗效。方法:将60例在接受放疗的头颈部恶性肿瘤的病人随机分为2组,治疗组给予痰热清雾化吸入,对照组给予庆大霉素加地塞米松雾化治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组放射性口咽黏膜反应程度较对照组明显降低。结论:痰热清防治放射性口咽黏膜反应的疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of nebulization of Tanreqing injection on radioactive reaction of oropharynx mucosa.Methods:All 60 cases of patient of head-neck tumor treated by radiotherapy were divided randomly into treatment and control group,the treatment group was nebulizated with Tanreqing injection,while the control group was nebulizated with cidomycin and decaesadril.Results:The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was superior to that of the control group.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Tanreqing injection in treating radioactive reaction of oropharynx mucosa was difinite. |
