无血预充液在小儿体外循环中的临床应用

目的:探讨无血预充液和有血预充液的对比,了解临床应用价值。方法:对30例无血预充液应用情况进行回顾分析。结果:两组手术前各项情况比较无差异P>0.05。手术中,手术后各项情况比较有差异P<0.05。观察组红细胞压积(hematocrit,Hct)明显低于对照组;转流前及术后24 h两组均无明显差异,观察组术中、术后速尿用量明显多于对照组,术中、术后12 h~24 h尿量也明显多于对照组。结论:通过无血预充液的临床应用,取得了较好的效果,节约了血液,值得临床推广应用。

The application of non-blood pre-filling fluid in cardiopulmonary bypass in children

Objective: To study the climcal application of non-blood pre-filling fluid in cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) in the children.Methods: The applicating situations of 30 cass whom received CPB were analyzed retrospectively.Results: The references was not difference between both groups before CPB(P>0.05),but during and after CPB P<0.05.Hct was obviously lower in the operation group than the contrasting group.There was no difference in Hct before the perfusion and 24 hours after the operation in both of groups.The does of furosmide was more high in the operation group than in group duing and after the operation.And the volume of urine during and 12 hours-24 hours after the operation was more high in the operation group than the contrastion group.Conclusion: It is to applicate with non-blood pre-filling fluid,and it could be apply widely cause of saveing blood,in the CPB in childeren may get good results and economize the blood,and worth populazing and applying clinically.
