膝关节骨性关节炎的现状及进展

目的:探讨膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)的病因、发病机理及治疗方法。方法:查阅有关OA的文献,进行总结。结果:膝关节OA的确切病因和发病机制仍不十分清楚,早期以非药物治疗为主,中期以药物治疗及关节镜下灌洗清理术为主,晚期以人工关节置换术为主。结论:目前各种疗法大多处于对症治疗,不能从根本上治愈OA。因人而异,制定系统的、规范性的、个体化防治方案尤为重要。基因治疗技术、生物技术等的应用将有望改变OA的治疗现状。

Present Status and Progression of the Knee Joint Osteoarthritis

Objective:To investigate the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods of knee joint osteoarthritis.Methods: Reviewed the literature of OA and gummed them up.Results:The etiology of knee joint OA had not keen underctood.In the early stage,non-drccg therapy were gwen,in the middle period,drugs associated with arthroscopic lavage cleaning,and in late pericod,prosthetic replacement of joint.Conclusion: The present treatment methods are symptomatic treatment and can not cure the OA.It is important to make a systemic,standard and individual program for prevention and treatment of OA.The application of gene technigue and biotechnology will be hopeful to improve the present treatments of OA.
