| 摘 要： | 测定38例慢性肺源性心脏病患者血浆纤维连接蛋白(Fn),包括14例急性加重期与缓解期患者,结果为血浆Fn含量在患者中明显低于正常对照组、急性加重期患者低于缓解期患者,死亡病例血浆Fn下降最明显,提示血浆Fn可作为一项评估本病病情及预后的有价值的指标。

| Abstract: | Plasma fibronectin( Fn) assay was performed in 38 patients with chronic cor pulmonale including 14 patients in their acute exacerbating and remission stages.The Fn level measured was lower in patients with chronic cor pulmonale than in normal subjects (P<0.01), in acute exacerbating stage than in remission stage (P<0.05) and was the lowest in the patients who died of the disease. It is suggested that plasma Fn may be used as a prognostic index in evaluating chronic cor pulmonale. |
