摘    要:目的 制备细小病毒B19诊断芯片探针。方法 利用Primer Premier5.0软件针对细小病毒B19基因保守区域设计PCR引物,纯化扩增产物,克隆鉴定。结果 序列分析表明,扩增片段均为细小病毒B19特异基因。结论 利用PCR扩增产物可制备细小病毒B19诊断芯片探针。

Abstract:Objective To prepare human parvovirus B19 probes for microarray detection. Methods Specific primers of PCR were designed with the Primer Premier 5.0 program according to the conserved regions of human parvovirus B19. Results Sequences were aligned, and the results showed that the products of PCR amplification were the specific gene fragments of human parvovirus B19. Conclusion It is a simple and effective method to prepare probes with PCR amplification of the conserved and specific human parvovirus B19 genes.
