乌体林斯和胸腺肽对初治肺结核的疗效对比

目的 观察和评价乌体林斯和胸腺肽对初治肺结核的辅助疗效及优劣对比.方法 将150例初治肺结核患者随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组50例,A组为常规抗结核药物 胸腺肽;B组为常规抗结核药物 乌体林斯;C组为单纯抗结核药物.分别在治疗前、治疗后1个月末、2个月末X线摄胸片显示病变吸收情况、痰菌的阴转情况以及测定患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞的变化.结果 治疗1个月末3组病变吸收和痰涂片阴转率没有明显差别;治疗2个月末,A组和B组病变吸收率和痰涂片阴转率均明显高于C组;治疗后3组CD 3、CD 4升高,CD 8降低,CD 4/CD 8升高,NK细胞降低,且A、B两组程度均明显高于C组.结论 乌体林斯和胸腺肽能明显改变肺结核患者的细胞免疫功能,加快病变的吸收及痰菌的阴转速度,两种免疫辅助药物疗效相当.

The comparative study of utilin "s" and thymopeptidum in the initial treatment of tuberculosis

Objective To observe and compare the therapeutic effect of utilin "s" and thymopeptidum and on tuberculosis.Methods 150 patients with tuberculosis were divided into three groups:group A,group B and group C randomly.There were 50 patients in each group.The patients in group A were treated with routine anti-tuberculosis drugs and utilin "s";the patients in group B were treated with routine anti-tuberculosis drugs and utilin "s";the patients in group C were treated only by routine anti-tuberculosis drugs.The T lymphocyte subgroup and NK-cell in(peripheral) blood were detected,and the changes of mycobacterium tuberculosis in phlegm and sternite before treatment,one month and two months after treatment were observed.Results There was a significant difference in negative rate of mycobacterium tuberculosis in phlegm in the three groups after 1-month's treatment.The negative rate of mycobacterium tuberculosis in phlegm and the changes of sternite in group A and group B were higher and more obvious than those in group C after 2-month's treatment.The number of CD~+_3 and CD~+_4 increased,however,that of CD~+_8 decreased.The ratio of CD~+_4/CD~+_8 increased and NK cells decreased in three groups.The effects of group A and group B were superior to those of group C.Conclusion Thymopeptidum and utilin "s" could improve tuberculosis patients' cellular immune function obviously,and could increase negative rate of mycobacterium tuberculosis in phlegm,and could improve the absorption rate of disease.But there is no difference in the therapeutic effect between the two drugs.
