γ-谷酰转肽酶的不同测定方法间人血清与猪肾皮质提纯酶的结果互换性研究

摘    要:目的研究γ 谷酰转肽酶 (GGT)不同测定方法间人血清标本与提纯的猪肾皮质GGT结果的互换性。方法采用 8种常用的GGT测定方法 (或试剂盒 )测定 77份血清标本及本制品 ,以IFCC推荐的方法为基准 ,其它 7种方法测定的血清GGT值与之进行回归分析 ,并对血清GGT及由猪肾皮质提纯的GGT的反应性进行比较。结果7种方法间血清GGT测定值的相关性较好 ,相关系数接近 1.0 ,截距接近 0。由猪肾皮质提纯的GGT在各动力学方法间均与人血清GGT反应性相近 ,具互换性。结论猪肾皮质提纯的GGT可以作为GGT参考品的酶制剂用于临床检测

Intermethod comparison between each method and the IFCC method and commut ability of purified materials with the enzyme in human serum were calculated by using regression analysis.ResultsMethods comparison showed that all the correlation coefficients were close to 1.0 and the intercepts were close to 0. The intermethod behavior of the purified material containing GGT was commutable with the enzyme in human serum in kinetic methods, but not commutable in the photometric method.ConclusionThe purified material containing GGT from porcine kidney was a suitable enzyme reference material for GGT.
