| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)相关血管炎脑出血患者临床和病理特征。方法:报道1例AN-CA相关血管炎脑出血患者临床、影像学和病理资料,并进行文献复习。结果:老年,女性,左基底节区脑出血,单神经炎、局灶、节段坏死性肾小球肾炎伴肾小动脉纤维素样坏死,肾衰竭,ANCA阳性,血沉90mm/1h,心脏传导阻滞,发热,乏力,食欲减退和贫血。结论:ANCA相关血管炎脑出血患者常合并多系统损害,ANCA检测和组织活检是诊断依据。
