肾移植术后患者真菌性肺炎的诊治

目的 探讨肾移植术后肺部真菌感染的诊断与治疗。方法 回顾性分析16例肾移植术后肺部真菌感染的临床资料。男7例，女9例，平均38．4岁，发病时间平均为术后62天。结果 白色念球菌10例，克柔念珠菌、平滑念珠菌、光滑念珠菌各1例，曲霉菌、毛霉菌各1例。应用氟康唑治疗9例，伊曲康唑治疗2例，两性霉素B脂质体治疗5例。治愈11例，死亡5例。结论 肺部真菌感染是肾移植术后的严重并发症，死亡率高，早期诊断和治疗效果较好。

Diagnosis and Therapy of Fungus Pneumonia afterKidney Transplantation

Objective To study the diagnosis and therapy of fungus pneumonia after kidney transplantation. Methods To analysis clinical data of 16 renal recipients retrospectively. There are 7 male and 9 female, and mean age is 38.4, mean disease time is 62 days after kidney transplantation. Results Cases of Blastomyces albicans are 10, Candida krusei, Candida glabrata and Candida parapsilosis is one each. Aspergillus and mold fungus is one each. 9 cases were treated with Fluconazol, 2 case with Itraconazole and 5 cases with Amphotericin Bison. 11 cases were cured thoroughly, and 5 cases died. Conclusion After kidney transplantation fungus pneumonia is a severe complication, in which mortality is extremely high, it is important to diagnose and therapy early. The effect of therapy is obvious during early time.
