| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨博利康尼、普米克令舒治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法:将114例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组(n=60)和对照组(n=54),治疗组在综合治疗基础上给博利康尼、普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗,对治疗前后两组患儿症状、体征消失天数及治愈率进行统计学比较。结果:治疗组在治愈率、缓解症状、体征的治疗作用方面优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:博利康尼、普米克令舒治疗小儿毛细支气管炎可缩短疗效,疗效好。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of bricanyl and puhnicort respules by nebulized inhalation in treatment of infants with capillary bronchiolitis. Methods ： A total of 114 children with capillary bronchiolitis were allocated to treatment group （ n = 60） and controls （ n = 54）. The treatment group received additional nebulized-inhalation of bri- canyl and pulmicort respules on the basis of comprehensive therapy, and the two groups were compared regarding the symptoms, duration of the sign withdrawal and recovery rate by statistics. Results： The treatment group seemed prominent in recovery rate, relief of signs and symptoms as compared with the controls （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The nebulized-inhalation of brieanyl and pulmicort respules may shorten course of treatment and be effective in infants with capillary bronchiolitis. |
