| 摘 要： | 分化型甲状腺癌（differentiated thyroid cancer,DTC）包括乳头状癌（papillary thyroid cancer,PTC）和滤泡状癌（follicularthyroid cancer,FTC）,其病程发展缓慢,手术后大多数患者能长期存活,难以组织多中心、前瞻性随机临床试验,医师往往从各自的临床实践回顾性分析中得出各自的结论,因而对甲状腺切除范围、是否常规行颈淋巴清扫一直有争论.
