| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨大鼠急性胰腺炎时血清TNF-α和IL-6的变化以及大陷胸汤对其的影响。方法:SD大鼠造模后口服给予大陷胸汤进行药物治疗,24h后采血测淀粉酶TNF-α和IL-6,并分组对比,取胰腺组织做病理学检查。结果:急性胰腺炎时血淀粉酶、TNF-α和IL-6水平显著升局,镜下见大量炎细胞浸润,大陷胸汤可改善上述变化。结论:大陷胸汤对大鼠急性胰腺炎有治疗作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the changes of TNF-α and IL-6 on severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) and the effect of Daxianxiong decoction on them.Methods:SAP were made on SD rats and treated by different medicaments.After 24 hours,blood samples were taken and the amylase,TNF-α and IL-6 contents in different groups were determined and compared.Results:During the course of SAP,senum amylase,TNF-α and IL-6 elevated obviously.Daxianxiong decoction could reduce the level of TNF-α and IL-6.Conclusion:Daxianxiong decoction can reduce the level of TNF-α and IL-6 thus exerting curative effect to SAP. |
