| 摘 要： | 目的：研究阴茎癌中p53表达与HPV DNA感染的关系。方法：应用免疫组化技术LSAB法检测33例阴茎癌p53表达及PCR技术检测HPV16、18DNA。结果：33例阴茎癌中，p53阳性表达率51.5%(17/33)；HPV16 DNA阳性率30.3%(10/33)；HPV18 DNA阳性率3.03%(1/33)。结论：阴茎癌中p53表达表明p53突变在阴茎癌发生中有一定意义。阴茎癌发生与HPV16和18型感染有关。

| Abstract: | Purpose To study the relationship between the expression of p53 and infection of HPV DNA in carcinoma of the penis. Methods Immunohistochemical LSAB method was used to detect the expression of p53 protein, and the PCR was used to detect HPV type 16 and 18 in 33 cases of carcinoma of the penis. Results In 33 cases of the penis cancer,expression of p53 was found in 17 cases(51\^5%),10 cases(30\^3%) were positive for HPV type 16 and one case(3\^03%) was positive for HPV type 18. Conclusion Mutation of p53 gene may play an important role in the development of penis carcinoma, and infection of HPV type 16 and 18 is closely related with carcinoma of the penis. |
